I’m a licensed massage therapist committed to helping people in the greater Carson Valley area alleviate pain, improve range of motion, and reduce stress. I trained with The Bodhi Tree Massage School in Carson City, Nevada and began my therapy practice upon graduation.
I’m passionate about guiding my clients in recognizing their bodies' needs and actively participating in their own healing journey. My work focuses on treating a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, headaches, stress related issues, and injury prevention/healing utilizing multiple techniques and approaches.
